This fall, we will celebrate achievement of a long-standing community goal: opening of a new Emergency Room at our local hospital. Construction of this vital facility is an outstanding example of Ojai’s “can-do” spirit and testimony to the willingness of local donors to support their hospital.

One of the primary vehicles for generating community donations is the Ojai Valley Community Hospital Foundation Guild’s annual Nightingale Ball. In addition to helping fund the new ER, the Ball has contributed to a number of other important advancements in patient care.

The Ball’s notable success—netting close to $1 million over the past seven years—is due in large part to sponsors and underwriters such as you. Your generosity makes it possible for the Ball to realize greater profitability which translates into increased financial support for our hospital.

Proceeds from this year’s event, to be held Saturday, November 13, at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, will be used to enhance the hospital’s Radiology and Imaging Department. We’re delighted to be returning to the Ojai Valley for a gala evening of fine cuisine, dancing, a raffle and a spirited live auction.
